FULL-SERVICE CUSTOM APPAREL SERVICES

Nothing From A Catalog

Every piece starts as an idea from your group. It ends as a garment built for that group and nobody else. Artwork, fabric, fit, production, delivery. We handle all of it. Here’s what that actually looks like.

TYPICAL PROJECT PROCESS

Our production process has 8 phases.

Every project moves through the same eight, grouped into four stretches of work. Most run 4-9 months end to end, though that shifts with how much we’re building from scratch.

Click any phase to see to what happens in it.

CONSULTATION

  • Maybe you’ve got a theme. Maybe you’re weighing four. Either way we start with a call and brainstorm from there.

  • We’ll help you land a theme if you don’t have one, then build the mood board and the vision for the whole capsule. That board does a second job too. It gets the rest of your committee pointed the same direction.

DESIGN

  • We draft, revise and finalize artwork that fits your theme, either in house or through our network of artists. Bring your own and we’ll develop that instead.

  • Once the artwork’s settled and each garment has a direction, we mock up every piece. You get to see how the art actually sits on the thing before anyone commits.

SAMPLE

  • We choose fabrics, materials, and trims together. Then we run strike-offs: your artwork printed onto the actual cloth it’ll live on.

  • Full pre-production samples, in the correct sizes, made for your approval. Fit and construction get settled here. Not after.

PRODUCE & DELIVER

  • Every garment approved, we move to production and lock in your delivery date.

  • We handle customs, tariffs and freight. Shipping goes to individuals or to one site, your call. We hand-deliver plenty of it, too.

ONCE WE'RE WORKING TOGETHER

How We Run A Project

Most of the people we work with are doing this on top of a full-time job. We've created a Clubhouse Portal to handle everything in one place and utilize easy to access & use tools so you can move efficiently with decisions and leave the rest to us.

1

Enter Portal

Artwork, files, contracts, payments, order building. All of it lives in our Clubhouse portal. Nothing important gets buried in an email thread.

2

Weekly Calls

A standing check-in on what’s next and to stay up to day on cost & quantities, plus a shared Slack channel for everything that doesn’t warrant a call.

3

Shared Calendar

All project milestones sit on a shared calendar and the reminders get sent straight to you. Dates never slip past anyone.

WHEN TO START

Shipping & Timelines

Certain dates are non-negotioable in order to ensure that you recieve samples on time and that you lock in shipping rates. We provide Google Calendars to keep you organized.

Air Freight

DEADLINE TO START PROJECT: 2-3 months out

This option is best for those who got a later start and missed sea freight deadlines. This has a higher cost and carbon footprint.

Best for
Groups that got organized closer to the date
Requires
A later artwork deadline. Forgiving if you got started late
Carbon
Quite a bit higher than sea
Cost
Higher per garment

Sea Freight

DEADLINE TO START PROJECT: 4-6 months out

This option is best for those who started with plenty of plan time, want to save money, and cut their carbon footprint.

Best for
Groups that start planning well ahead of their date
Requires
Concepts and artwork locked earliest. This is the route that needs a head start
Carbon
Up to 95% lower emissions per garment than air
Cost
Meaningfully cheaper per garment

WHERE YOU COME IN

Starting Points For Where You're At

Our system is designed to meet you where you're at in the custom apparel process. Our production process is 8 stages from idea to delivery, but many people come somewhere in between. Choose where you're at and we'll pick up from there.

You're Starting At Square One

You need ideas, artwork, and production. This is the version we run most often, and the one where we’re most useful. We start at the theme and build out from there.

START FROM THE BEGINNING

You Already Have Artwork

You have ideas and artwork. We can help with digitizing it, work out how it should sit on each piece, and get it onto fabric without losing the original look and feel.

START AT MOCKUPS

You Know Exactly What You Want

You’ve got the pieces, the quantities and the deadline. What you need is a manufacturer you trust who won’t skip over the details. We’ll start at fabric selection.
